Tammy embarked on her journey with Chapel Valley in 2015, where she has made a significant impact on the organization's people management strategies. Tammy's professional journey spans across international business risk consulting, higher education, and the life insurance industry. Her diverse 20+ year career in HR has seen her ascend through the ranks, holding pivotal roles such as HR Manager and HR Director in various industries, each contributing to her well-rounded expertise.

Tammy's passion for understanding human behavior led her to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Old Dominion University. Recognizing the importance of continuous learning, Tammy pursued and successfully obtained her Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in HR Management. 

Tammy currently resides in Myersville, MD with her husband and two children.
