Water Management Services
As your landscape management partner, Chapel Valley offers the following irrigation services on our managed commercial properties including Irrigation Start Up, Inspections, Winterization and Waster Management Solutions.
Irrigation Start Up: This visit, which occurs in the early spring, is designed to prepare your system for the upcoming season. All water supplies are activated, and the system is checked for leaks and overall function. The automatic controller is tested to ensure proper operation of all zones along, and every sprinkler head is inspected and adjusted as necessary to ensure proper performance.
Inspections: Regular inspections are important to proper operation of your irrigation system and ensuring it is working efficiently for your property. All field zones are checked and if necessary, the controller may be adjusted according to the weather.
Winterization: This visit is designed to prepare your system for the winter months and is critical to preventing damage to the system during the colder months. At this time, all water supply valves are turned off and tagged. Using special attention to not damage the system, an air compressor is connected to the main line to ensure each zone is purged of water.
Water Management Solutions: Our expansive experience in stormwater management includes rain gardens, permeable paving, vertical drainage, culverts, and bio-swales.
