Lucas Castor
President & CGO
Lucas Castor joined Chapel Valley in 2014, bringing more than 20 years of landscape industry experience across maintenance, construction, business development, and large-scale account management. Since joining the company as Chief Growth Officer, he has played a key role in shaping Chapel Valley’s strategic direction—leading business development, marketing, and maintenance estimating while partnering closely with branch operations.
In January 2025, Lucas was promoted to Chief Operations Officer, expanding his leadership to include oversight of sales, marketing, and operational performance across multiple markets. He was named President later that year and continues to oversee the sales team and the Atlanta maintenance branch in addition to his ongoing responsibilities as Chief Growth Officer.
Prior to Chapel Valley, Lucas led national accounts for a major landscape services provider, managing more than $30 million in revenue and overseeing customer satisfaction, organic growth, retention, and national initiatives. His background also includes landscape architecture, estimating, marketing, and construction oversight across both high-end residential and large commercial projects.
A graduate of Ball State University with a degree in Landscape Architecture, Lucas combines technical expertise with a strategic, forward-thinking leadership style. Originally from Indianapolis, he relocated to Maryland in 2011 with his wife and three daughters.
