Position Title: Branch Administrator
Location: Alpharetta, GA

Position Summary

The Branch Administrator is the administrative and business support of the branch. This position works very closely with the Branch Manager, Account Managers, Human Resources, Finance and the branch employees. The ideal candidate will be serving as support to operations and being a point of contact to our clients regarding account information. This role will be providing accurate and daily financial information on the work that we have completed for the branch. This position is responsible for conducting new hire orientation and collecting paperwork from new hires. Overall, the Branch Administrator will assist the Branch Manager with oversight of the branch functions and daily operations.

Education/Experience

Associates Degree or 2 years of administrative or secretarial experience or a combination of education/experience.

Knowledge of accounting/operations software

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Strong communication and organizational skills

Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task

Bi-lingual is a plus
